This Shipping Policy governs the processing, shipment, and delivery of all stationery orders, including pencil cases, pens, and school bags, placed through our online store. We are committed to secure, efficient shipping to ensure all items arrive in pristine, unused condition, with careful packaging to prevent damage during transit. All orders are processed and inspected thoroughly following full payment confirmation, with standard processing times of 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and national public holidays. Minor delays may occur during peak periods such as back-to-school season, holiday sales, or promotional events, and we will notify customers promptly via email if any unexpected delays arise to keep them informed every step of the way.
We use tailored, protective packaging for each type of stationery to avoid damage, as pens and school bags require different handling to maintain their condition. Pens are individually wrapped in soft tissue paper or sealed in plastic sleeves to prevent ink leaks, scratches, or damage to tips, then placed in rigid padded envelopes or small cardboard boxes to stop bending or crushing during shipping. Pencil cases are folded carefully (if soft fabric) or placed in protective sleeves (if hard shell) to preserve their shape and prevent scuffs, with zippers secured to avoid snags. School bags are packed in durable, dust-proof plastic covers and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes, with additional padding for reinforced corners to prevent creases, tears, or strap damage during transit. All packages are sealed securely and labeled clearly to ensure accurate delivery.
We partner with reliable, reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders both domestically and internationally, with delivery times varying by destination. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days after the order has been shipped, while international orders generally take 10 to 25 business days, depending on customs processing efficiency and local carrier speed in the destination country. Delivery times are provided as estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier operational delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We recommend placing orders well in advance of back-to-school season or important deadlines to account for any potential shipping delays.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order weight, package dimensions, delivery destination, and selected shipping method, with clear pricing displayed before final payment. Larger, bulkier items such as school bags may incur slightly higher shipping fees due to their size, and all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information, including full name, full physical address, postal code, and valid contact details; incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information may lead to delayed delivery, failed delivery attempts, or additional re-shipping fees, which the customer will be required to cover.
Once an order is shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing customers to monitor their package’s real-time location and delivery status online. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier; in such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue, and we will provide all necessary tracking documentation to assist with the investigation. For items that arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging, to qualify for a replacement or refund. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or inspection charges imposed by the destination country, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders to regions with severe shipping restrictions or unreliable carrier services.
